SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping fee is shouldered by the customer. 

We ensure quality and shipping safety of our gift boxes however damages during transit by third party courier is not within our control. Should you wish to pick up your orders you are very much welcome.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please avoid placing an order if not sure. Paid items are considered done deal hence return and exchange it nor allowed. However due to reasonable circumstance we can:

1. Accept replacement if items are in good condition and are returned to us within the first 24hours after the transaction.

​

2. All refunds from wrong invoice or miscalculation shall be discussed and approved within the first 24 hours after the transaction.
